The house is right in the heart of Monclar-d’Agenais, a charming village with the advantages of village life on the doorstep. Villeneuve-sur-Lot is approximately 25 minutes away, where there is an excellent array of independent shops, restaurants and cafes. There are lots of excellent restaurants to choose from in the area including the lakeside La Table des Sens and a good number of simple restaurants to choose from along the many walking trails in the area. The supermarket in Saint Liverad is 10 mins away. Other towns in the area that are well worth exploring include Cahors and Agen and the airport at Bergerac is just 45 mins away.
The current B&B configuration provides an established layout for welcoming guests, but the property is equally suited to those looking for a substantial family home or a second residence.
