There is a lively local market twice a week, where you can buy the best fresh Provençal produce and there are also plenty of shops and amenities in the village.
A regular boat service to St Tropez means the town’s famous ancient winding alleyways, pavement cafés and chic restaurants are easily accessible. A short drive inland and there is plenty to explore including the Massif des Maures, the local vineyards and, of course, the beautiful hilltop villages and mountain walks.
The nearest international airport is at Nice, a 1hour 13 minute drive around the Côte d’Azur. There are plenty of companies offering airport shuttles between the airport and Port Grimaud.
